The merry company of English theatre group Illyria performs in the Meadow near the White Farm. The English theatre group Illyria brings "As you like it" to life in sparkling fashion - an evening full of humour, flair and Shakespeare under the stars. You won't want to miss it.
Four couples of soul mates meet in Arden's Forest. One couple immediately dives into bed. Another couple is dazzled by each other's beauty and swears each other eternal fidelity. The third couple torments each other: he shower her with chaste declarations of love that she haughtily rejects, but secretly enjoys the flattery. The fourth couple goes a step further, playfully blurring their roles and identities in such a way that flirting becomes more pain than pleasure, and love itself comes under pressure to the extreme and beyond.
