New this summer is ‘The Putten Culinary Cycle Route’. This cycling package has been developed in collaboration with De Aker and VVV Putten . The route (33 km) starts at ‘De Aker’, where you’ll begin with a cup of coffee or tea accompanied by a ‘Puttenaertje’ with whipped cream. Once you’ve scanned the route using the QR code, you’re ready to set off. You’ll cycle past beautiful sights and places to stop in Putten and the surrounding area, such as the October ’44 memorial, Pluktuin het Platteland, Kasteel de Vanenburg, Museumboerderij de Mariahoeve and the Ermelo Sheepfold. Art installations such as the Medusa and the Monks of het Solse Gat are also included. Afterwards, an exquisite lunch platter with a drink of your choice will be waiting for you at ‘De Aker’.
