Putten Plan your route to the exhibition featuring various artists at the ‘ Kunstkelder ’
From 11 September to 10 October, artists Karel Loman, Annelieke Loman and Li Hulst will be exhibiting their work at the ‘ Kunstkelder ’. A festive opening will take place on Friday 11 September at 8.00 pm, which the artists will also attend. They will also be present on Saturday 10 October, from 11.00 to 12.30.
Karel Loman draws his inspiration primarily from nature. What appeals most to many people in his paintings are the bright, expressive colours.
Annelieke Loman has been drawing since her early childhood. Mediterranean landscapes remain a favourite subject of hers. She also paints ‘peace stones’, some of which can be seen in Putten.
Li Hulst began by drawing from life and painting abstract works. These days, she often improvises using paper and card. By working with recycled materials, particularly plastic, she now creates large, translucent forms.
