Walk-in consultancy

During the public transport drop-in session, experienced public transport ambassadors are on hand to answer questions. They can provide information and advice on season tickets, checking in and out with different transport operators, and planning and paying for a journey. Feel free to pop in – the public transport ambassadors will take their time to explain everything to you.

Monday to Friday mornings from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm  
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm
