Enjoy the Veluwerandmeren, four peripheral lakes belonging to the IJsselmeer.
The area is very popular among fishermen, nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Go swimming or canoeing and sailing in the summer, and take beautiful skating trips in the harsh winter. The four lakes belonging to the Veluwerandmeren are; the Nuldernauw, the Wolderwijd, the Veluwemeer and the Drontermeer. There are also a number of small islands in the lakes.
