The campsite is suitable for caravans, motorhomes and tents. There are 30 pitches where you can enjoy peace, space and beautiful nature on the historical grounds of the Mariahoeve. The campsite is located behind the old museum farm where a visit should not be missed. For the children there is a fun playground with swings, trampoline, balance course and various animals including ponies, mini pigs, chickens, rabbits and cats. There is free WIFI throughout the campsite and electricity is 6 amps. Pets are allowed after consultation.
The gift shop is open during museum opening hours for a cup of coffee or tea with a snack or a drink and has a small lunch menu. You can also visit during the day (by appointment), for example for a family reunion, meeting or other gathering. Ask about the many possibilities.
Located on several rural cycling routes, this cultural heritage site is close to lakes, forests and heathland. Time has stood still here and shows the life of a farming family from the 19th century. Stay overnight in the guesthouses or opt for a log cabin. Or pitch a tent on the accompanying mini campsite. By agreement with the manager, you may eat from the land, so dive into the vegetable garden yourself to collect vegetables. There is also an orchard, a tuber field and a toad pool.
